The public Axiom site does not require an account to browse. The initial assessment form creates an email in the visitor's own mail client; Axiom does not operate a form database on the site today.

Public website & analytics
Hosting infrastructure may process routine request information such as IP address, browser, timestamp and requested page for security and operations. Axiom also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage and performance. These tools are used for site operations and acquisition measurement, not to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Assessment intake
Prospects should provide only business information needed to evaluate fit. Detailed audit evidence is requested separately and should follow Axiom's data-handling standard.
Outbound vendors
External software vendors and affiliate destinations operate under their own privacy policies after a visitor leaves the Axiom site.
Engagement evidence
Detailed client evidence is handled under the engagement terms and Axiom data-handling standard. Retention and closeout instructions are documented for each engagement rather than treating client evidence as permanent storage.
Future changes
If persistent accounts, public file upload, OAuth integrations or materially different data features are added, this notice will be updated before those capabilities are offered to clients.
